This 3rd floor corner 1 bed/1bath loft offers nearly 1400 Sq Ft of wide-open space and features hardwood floors, Central A/C, a large modern kitchen w/a dishwasher, high ceilings, lot's of light, a working gas fireplace, a terrace and NYC views. The building features a W/D room and a secured parking space included in the rent. It's close to the bus & light rail to Hoboken & NYC. It's also close to shopping, restaurants, cafes and Riverview-Fisk Park.

Security cameras and recording devices
3 Blink cameras. One pointed at the door, another at the interior and another with a view of outside and the balcony. They can easily be removed or shut off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Space is cleaned between bookings. Large windows allow air from outside.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
