In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've implemented enhanced cleaning protocols and safety measures in our property: Enhanced Cleaning: Our team performs rigorous cleaning and disinfection before and after each booking. This includes thorough sanitization of high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and any shared amenities. Hygiene: Hand sanitizer stations will be readily available throughout the property. We also encourage all guests to wash their hands frequently, and signage reminding guests of proper hygiene practices will be displayed prominently. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Face masks are available for all guests and staff. Extra masks will be on site should anyone need them. Ventilation: We regularly air out the space to ensure proper ventilation and air circulation. Guest Health: We kindly ask that any guest experiencing symptoms of illness stay home and refrain from attending any gatherings. By implementing these measures, we hope to provide a safe space for all our guests. Your health and safety is our top priority.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
