Our space offer Audio techniques Photography space along with multiple rooms,s for creativity such as our podcast room for creative content and also live streaming for any broadcasting purposes. We have a recording room that fits an comfortable crowd along with loads of gadgets and technology that will fulfill your needs of recording any sounds.

General Rules
Rules: No smoking inside of the studio or building.
We have a designated private smoking area.
No visible guns inside the building zero tolerance!
Occupancy standard is 6 people upon arrival.
Parking Deck rates are hourly w/ $20 max all day parking.
Street Parking is free on Sunday,
Monday - Saturday free after 10pm
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Our entire building has 24hr security along with security camera system setup throughout the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have hand sanitizer, Hand Soap, Face Mask, Sink for washing hands, Restroom etc...
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
