Westside Conference Room

The Westside Conference Room is located in West Los Angeles just off the 405 Freeway. It includes an electronic sit/stand conference table with chairs and space for at least 8 people. The table has power, ethernet, USB charging and wireless mag charging available. The room is outfitted with a Dell Interactive D7523QT 75" 4K LED Touchscreen Monitor and a Dell computer for any digital whiteboard and touchscreen needs, as well as playback of all media and web surfing. Internet speeds are over 500 Mbps via our high speed wireless network and up to 1Gbps via wired ethernet. In addition, the display also has a 4K Apple TV connected to it for AirPlay, as well as a 4K Google Chromecast. The Dell computer also features a Logitech StreamCam Live Streaming Webcam with Full 1080p HD 60fps, Vertical or Horizontal Video, with Smart Auto Focus and Exposure. Zoom software is installed on the machine for easy connection to web meetings, conferences, etc. A wide selection of common office and production supplies are included! A brand new color laser printer, notepads, stapler, 3 hole punch, adding machine calculator, pens, highlighters, post it notes, and many other supplies are available for your office and production use. In addition, the conference room features a Breville Nespresso Vertuo Creatista Single Serve Coffee Maker and Espresso Machine with a barista steam wand and a stocked glass mini fridge with various beverages, coffee supplies, and water. On site as well in our downstairs kitchen is a 5 stage RO alkaline water dispenser. You may rent the conference room by the hour, day or week as needed. The room is available 7 days a week, however, weekend rates and hours outside of 8AM - 8PM are slightly higher. We look forward to hosting you!
