You a tea lover, value culture or enjoy the outdoors in a bustling urban landscape? If yes, then get ready to be mesmerized by my creation. For accuracy, my historical home will be your private tea shop, private garden and private park all in one. I selected for your indulgence 140 fine teas, built huge outside chill areas with fire pits, grills and gardens whose cozy seatings sprinkled throughout main and adjacent park grounds will have you sipping tea between ZEN and GRILL mode all day long. Perfect for small to medium sized gatherings of all types including baby showers, gender reveal parties, book signings, retreats, corporate events, cooking shows, etc. You will have access to the entire property including the bedroom suites; however, the beds cannot be used. Included with the booking is access to a 5000 sqf. gated private park, which has 2 picnic tables, a swing and a grill; these images were uploaded last.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

What an amazing space! Val and his wife, Coco, are wonderful hosts! They’re so accommodating and always available if you have questions during your event! Everything was clean and the space is just perfect! Looking for a space to host a party of 50 or less? Look no forever! Just BOOK IT!

This space was absolutely perfect for our intimate backyard wedding. We were so lucky the weather was exactly right for us to be outside on the gorgeous patio and lawn. The landscaping is so well cared for! The interior of the home is lovely and so incredibly well kept and clean! Having a full kitchen available while having a diy wedding was soooo helpful! There was plenty of seating and space for our gathering! I don’t have the professional photos from the wedding to add to my review but I’ll try to get them to the owners if they want to use them. Valvert and Coco were wonderful hosts. They stayed in contact with us, they let us come by for a quick revisit after we booked so we could get a better sense of our wedding decor and set up plans. After the hurricane Valvert reached out to assure us that the property had made it through the storm and when they made a small landscaping change he sent us pictures just in case it changed any of our ideas for decor. I really cannot say enough how perfect this spot was for us and our small wedding. Our family and closest friends all together in this lovely space was exactly what I’d hoped for.

Beautiful space!! Everyone loved it there, a lot of attention to detail but it’s a bummer that we had to take our trash with us towards the end. Other than that, very well equipped for any party or intimate gatherings.

The space is fantastic and incredibly stylish. The outdoor area is perfect for hosting professional events and gatherings. Communication with the host was seamless, and the space suited our needs perfectly.
