We have ample parking available with no parking fees.

Large windows across the front side of the building. Windows are equiped with blinds and blackout curtains in most of the area. Other areas can easily be blocked with furniture blankets.

While our space is not soundproof, we have invested quite a bit in multiple sound proof blankets that hang from the rafters as well as countless sound absorption tiles and blankets that really make the space great and minimize echo.

Ground Floor

We have a double wide loading door, equipment can easily be loaded by backing up to the door.

This studio space connects to our foyer and office, these areas are not permitted for access. Additionally, our gear hall is off limits.

Respect other users: Be considerate of other users in the studio and avoid making excessive noise or disrupting others. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio and on the property. Keep the studio clean: Please clean up after yourself and leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. Put away any equipment or props that you used and dispose of any trash in the appropriate containers. Respect the equipment: Please handle all equipment with care and follow the instructions for use. If you are unsure about how to use a piece of equipment, please ask for assistance. Book in advance: To ensure availability, please book the studio in advance and confirm your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No unauthorized guests: Only individuals who are booked to use the studio are allowed in the space. If you reserve the space for 3 guests and bring 6 guests you will be charged an additional fee. Follow safety guidelines: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when using the studio, including wearing appropriate footwear and clothing and avoiding any behavior that could cause harm to yourself or others. Leave on time: Please leave the studio at the end of your booking period to ensure that the next user has access to the space on time. Report any issues: If you encounter any issues or problems with the equipment or the studio, please inform the studio management immediately so that we can address the situation promptly. Do NOT use any equipment that you have not been authorized to use.

Sofa and tables / chairs can be moved. Do not remove anything that is attached to the wall.
