There is only one parking decal provided, but there is free Visitor Parking space. The visitor parking space is first come first serve. Then other guests would need to park across the open lot which is $4 per day.

The guest that books the reservation must be at least 25 years old Neighborhood enforced quiet hours between 10pm - 8am This apartment is in a residential area. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during quiet hours. Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times. Smoking in the apartment will incur a fee of at least $100 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. There are ashtrays on the patio to accommodate smokers. No marijuana and/or any other narcotics of any kind will be tolerated on the property (inside the apartment or outside on the balcony). ***If you are a marijuana smoker do not rent this apartment*** The maximum number of occupants is 8 at all times. Only those guest stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10pm each day. Visitors staying past 10pm will be counted as overnight guests. Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur a charge of $25 per night for each extra guest. No pets of any kind are allowed such as dogs, cats, birds, lizards, parrots, birds. Pet fine is $75 per pet. If you came to this apartment to complain and point out imperfections, please find you another place to stay! All I ask is for you and your guests to enjoy your stay.
