About the Space
Industrial Location with a conference room connected to a few offices. Projector and drop down projection is available to use for your meetings/presentation/etc. There is also a dry erase board available. The capacity of this conference room is 75 but with tables sit up can sit 30 guests comfortably. Rental includes 30 6ft tables, 7 circular tables and 35 chairs for you to use if needed. Professional sound and audio can be added for an additional fee. (PA system, Microphone, etc)

Guests are responsible for any mess and garage during their rental. There is a large garbage bin available to you. Office and kitchen space must be left clean the way it was rented out before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
