About the Space
Industrial Location with a large room for your birthday, baby shower, party, etc. No additional cost for tables and chairs as they are included in the rental. 30 6ft tables, 5 circular tables and 35 chairs. Not only will you have access to the main room but there is also a connected full kitchen that includes an empty large fridge, stove, oven and microwave. There is also an outdoor patio with a shade structure where you can setup more tables/chairs. You will also have access to the BBQ pit if you choose to use it. Outlets are also available outside in the patio for things like audio equipment, jumpers, etc. Other items may be available at an additional cost. Items include: Radio DJ w/ full equipment sound and lighting (based on availability) Speakers (QSC K12) Wireless RGB Uplighting (6 available) Wireless Microphone (Wired also available) Mobile LED Bar Table (high bar table for alcoholic beverages) We look forward to hosting your special occasion so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Guests are responsible for any mess and garage during their rental. There is a large garbage bin available to you. Office and kitchen space must be left clean the way it was rented out before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
