General Rules We are excited to host you! When you arrive, instructions on how to connect the wifi and the sound system would be presented to you. Please note the following: • Your rental booking time is inclusive of setup & cleanup, so please budget your time accordingly! • Everything you bring in must leave with you, and the space must be left in the condition in which it was found • No glitter or confetti is allowed! If we find glitter / confetti in the space you will be charged a Confetti Fee of $150. • We require that you notify us of any damage • No onsite cooking, Drop off Catering only if applicable • “Popping Bottles” of Champagne or Spraying any liquid in the space is FORBIDDEN. Discovery of spray on walls, ceiling, etc. will incur a $200 fee. • Please follow CDC Guidelines regarding Masks & Covid-19 Safety Protocols • We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items • The Sound System must be kept at a reasonable volume at all times • Attendees may not gather out front on the Sidewalk or congregate in the Back Parking Lot • No Smoking of any kind • No Candles / Flame of any kind without written permission from owner / Evidence of real candle use, wax spills on tables, or improper use of Sternos will incur an Illegal Candle Fee ($200) and any replacement / repair costs for damage. • No Pets allowed • You may decorate the space as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use, and can be hung with Scotch tape or 3M Command Strips. • All trash must be bagged and placed in the Dumpster outside the back of the building • Please turn off all lights • Doors MUST be locked as you leave (follow instructions on Before You Leave Checklist by the Door) Thank you!
