About the Space
This unique lounge is designed for entertainment in a warm inviting private setting. The venue features three distinctive areas of entertainment; a main gallery that offers a bar w/ seating, a suspended 60” TV offering viewing from all angles, cafe tables and dining chairs, and comfortable club chairs and tables suitable for dining and a center standing socializing table. The other two entertainment areas are the screening room with an 70” TV oversized barstools and hightop granite tables. This room can easily be transitioned to suit your event needs. The 3rd entertainment area is the conversation room with plush leather sofa and loveseat coffee tables, extra large comfortable chairs and a 50” TV. All three rooms are included in the rental of venue. All furnishings are also included at no additional fee. Additional chairs and tables can be added, removed or rearranged to accommodate your event needs. Available additional tables: 2) 30inch hightop, 6) 6ft 3) 36inch sq. 2) 5ft. 4) 4ft and 2) 5ft half round. The venue also includes outdoor entertainment space for up to 12 guests. Cooking onsite is not permitted but prepared/catered foods are allowed. Heated chaffing pans are available for renters to place their pans of already prepared food as needed to keep warm. There are several flat surfaces for displaying items for sale as well as for placing food & beverages. This well appointed contemporary lounge is the ideal venue for micro events, meetings, Birthday celebrations, small Wedding Ceremonies, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Tea Parties, Baby Showers and Brunch; all of which can be catered and Incorporated in your venue rental. In addition the location is great for those in need of a venue for their business ie: pop-up retail, photo shooting or YouTube & Tiktok videos.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
