- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Melissa's home is amazing! Very spacious and has a very pleasing aesthetic. There were so many spaces to work with that looked great on camera. Aside from a great space Melissa is an amazing host. Melissa was an amazing host, super nice, friendly and best of all very accommodating. Check in and Check out was very smooth as well. My guests loved the space.
