About the Space

With its blushing PINK-themed decor our petite Creative Venue is perfect for intimate gatherings for groups of 20 or less. The space can easily be transformed for meetings, small celebrations, product launches, pop-ups, luxury picnics bridal showers, and more. Our space can accommodate various layouts. Space includes a small kitchenette area that can be used by guests. Rentals include: Tables Black Folding Chairs (Clear Chivari Chair Upgrade can be done through Add-Ons) Roku TV Monitors Bluetooth Speakers Kitchenette Additional Add-On Options: -Chivari Chairs -360 Photo Booth -Open-Air Digital Photo Booth -Creative Experiences -Linen Upgrades -Luxury Picnic Set-up -Tablescapes

Parking description

Parking is located directly in front of the building. Additional parking is available on the side of the building near the church. (Public Storage Parking Lot). Can accommodate up to 20+ cars.

General Rules

Please respect check-in and out times. No Smoking in the building. Please keep the noise level respectful. Keep guest count at 25 or less, unless otherwise outlined in the contract. If you have any questions please contact the venue manager by phone, text, or e-mail. Outside catering is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are monitored security cameras outside of the building near key pick up. There are also cameras inside the event space in open areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and sanitized between each event for the safety of all guests. Guest responsibility is listed in checkout procedures. Our goal is to ensure the health and safety of all of our hosts and guests. Our facility provides disinfectants and sanitizers for guest use during the duration of the event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
