A versatile space surrounded by greenery in a convenient location where you can customize any experience to meet your needs from live streaming to shooting video ads, with green screens, lights, lots of mics, cameras, and ways to adapt the space with various props, and a desk for editing and production. The space has a meeting table, reception desk, high speed business internet, small refrigerator. We also have access to tons of stock media, royalty free music, and much more along with an expert technical assistant. Parking description
There is lots of room to park up and down the quiet street as well as a space in the driveway.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
One small window with shaded natural light and some sunlight later in the day. The lighting is provided with equipment in the space. There is an outdoor area with greenery and outdoor lighting.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
There are floor to ceiling curtains, acoustic foam, fabrics and rugs. The space is in a finished basement area making it quiet and underground on three sides.

There is a front entrance that leads to downstairs.
There is also a back entrance that goes down the side of the building in the grass to a back door and outdoor area. Things can be walked up and down that hill but must be taken by hand or cart, no vehicles.
Staging area is available
There is an area in the space that can be set up separated from the studio area for makeup and wardrobe as needed and a small closet.
All rooms are available for shooting

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is in the room which has 6 electrical receptacles with a total of 12 plugs. We also have power strips for more plugs available. The power rating is 20 amps.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The entire space and equipment that is used is cleaned and disinfected between bookings that are spaced far enough apart to allow plenty of time. The air is continuously filtered throughout the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
