Our building has an attached 2-Level Public Parking Garage.

General Rules Creative Principles for this Space • Be respectful of creatives using the studio or meeting room next door. • Keep any food or beverages clear from any electronic equipment. • No smoking in the building • Outside catering is allowed • Please handle all equipment with care. • Wipe down all equipment with disinfectant wipes provided. • Please make sure to throw away any loose trash and return equipment to where it belongs. • Check to see that you have gathered all your belongings before you leave and the door locks. • Remember to log out when you’re done. • Create something you’re proud of. • Have fun! All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved The furniture can not be removed from the studio but they can be moved around in the studio or onto the cyc floor. Smoke machines are allowed No nudity allowed Security cameras and recording devices Our security cameras are placed in all of our studios. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
