About the Space

This house was built in 2016. It has an open floor plan living room/kitchen/dining room 21’x29’. Would work for filming. Dining table sits 7 comfortably. Kitchen is useable. Feel free to cook if needed. All dishes and pans can be used. Sectional in living room that sits 7. Two barstools at kitchen counter. Has a large back deck (20’x16’) with a small bar, pellet grill (feel free to use just bring supplies…pellets) and beautifully landscaped backyard 38’x38’ including deck) to film or entertain. Downstairs half bath that can be used by renter. You are located 5 mins from historic downtown Ridgefield (the includes a vintage looking country bar/restaurant, a small theater, and an hardware store), there’s also a couple near by breweries and two grocery stores. , a river, and at least 3 neighborhood playgrounds, and the Ridgefield bird sanctuary.
