About the Space
This space is great for both tv and movie filming, commercials, as well as creating content for recording. Ideal for a sports podcast. corporate team building events. This is a 2,800 sq foot facility which has a lot of open space as well as weights, boxing equipment and cardio equipment. it also has a sports rehab area and office which can be used for creating content.

General Rules
There is no smoking, no drugs or alcohol sold. Both food and alcohol can be catered but not sold. We do ask all guess to familiarize themself with the gym equipment before attempting to use it or instructing a client or model to use it for a shoot and recording for safety reasons. Also due to heavy weight equipment and cardio equipment we due do highlight safety measures.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required

Whatever needs to be removed or rearranged must be put back to its original space

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras both outside and inside of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Due to pandemic and now that it has been confirmed no longer a high threat we still continue keep our cleaning and sanitizing measures in place.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
