Parking is around the back of the townhome complex. You must park your vehicle in the garage space as there is limited street parking available (however, street parking is available on Pine St.). If you have an additional vehicle, you are required to park immediately adjacent to the garage (pull the vehicle up next to the garage door and ensure you vehicle does not extend past the length of the garage and entry door).

House Rules for Event Space: Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum during designated quiet hours, typically after 10:00 PM, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and other guests. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the townhouse. Guests who wish to smoke may use designated outdoor areas, following local regulations and properly disposing of cigarette butts. Guest Limit: Adhere to the maximum guest limit specified in the rental agreement to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Furniture and Decor: Take care when moving furniture and decorations. Any alterations or rearrangements must be agreed upon in advance and returned to their original positions after the event. Cleanliness and Damage: Keep the event space clean and tidy throughout the rental period. Guests are responsible for any damages caused and should report them immediately to the event host. Outside Vendors and Services: Prior approval is required for any outside vendors or services, such as catering, entertainment, or equipment rental. Proof of insurance may be requested for certain vendors. Kitchen Usage: Guests are responsible for leaving the kitchen clean and organized after use. All appliances and utensils should be handled with care and put back in its original location. All dishes must be cleaned and may be left in the dishwasher prior to departure. No eating in bedrooms and all trash must be taken out prior to departure. Parking: Guests should follow any parking instructions provided and be considerate of neighbors' parking spaces. Avoid blocking driveways or fire hydrants. Additional car(s) must park on Pine Street or immediately adjacent to the garage (not to exceed the length of the unit). Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All guests must comply with local laws, regulations, and noise ordinances. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Liability: The event host and property owner will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost belongings that occur during the rental period. Guests are encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance if necessary. Please review and adhere to these house rules during your rental period. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.
