Our chic and stylish studio spans an impressive 2000 square feet and has been meticulously designed to exceed all your content creation requirements. Whether you're planning a photo shoot, video shoot, vlog, or livestream production, our studio is the perfect fit. With custom decor that creates a stunning backdrop and an open floor plan that provides ample space for live production sets, we ensure a top-notch experience. For your convenience, we offer a full-service multimedia production package at an extra cost. This includes access to ring lighting, backdrops, and other essential equipment to enhance your content creation process. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Dashia was a wonderful host! She made everything easy for me and my team, from the set ups to making sure we had everything we needed. The set was beautiful, spacious, creative and clean! Would highly recommend if you need a place to film, photo shoots, podcasts and creating content.
