Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The house is beautiful, perfect decor for a party and plenty of room, the couch is amazing. The place was beautiful and everything was well labeled and easy to find. Excellent spot. But I offer a word of caution. I had a baby shower here and while we were setting up I tried to put the air down lower because I knew that it would get warm once people started showing up, no matter what I did, I couldn't change the setting and by the time everyone arrived and we were getting gifts opened and things, the tomorrow had risen to nearly 80°, nice if my messages about help with this were answered and my attendees were fanning themselves. It was embarrassing to have spent as much as I did to rent that house and it be an oven like that. So if you plan things, don't do it in summer.
