Greetings, The apartment provides a very modern and classy look to both photography and film/video projects. Shoot at the bar, the conversation section, the lounge sofa or all the above. If you're looking for a classy but relaxed vibe, you found it. The space is the common area of the apartment which consists of a combined living and dining are. There are 6 recess lights equipped with Phillips Hue smart bulbs and one floor lamp with 2 Phillips Hue bulbs: *4 bulbs illuminate the living area and 1 bulb illuminates the hallway - individually customizable with regard to brightness and kelvin (warm to cool light). *1 bulb illuminates the bar area - customizable with regard to brightness and kelvin (warm to cool light) in addition to any color you can dream up. A green screen is available upon request (assembly not included) for placement behind talent sitting at the barstools. *2 bulbs in the floor lamp - individually customizable with regard to brightness and temperature of white light. The lights will compliment your professional lighting units with clean ambience for a complete composition of the space. If you desire to make use of these features, an attendant can attend your shoot and serve as the operator of the lights through the Phillips Hue app. Please reach out for pricing.
