The driveway can accommodate up to four cars comfortably. Additionally, there is street parking available, which can accommodate up to eight cars on a normal day. However, please note that the availability of street parking may vary, sometimes accommodating more or fewer cars depending on the circumstances.

House Rules: 1. No smoking in the building: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the townhome. We kindly request guests to refrain from smoking to maintain a clean and fresh environment for everyone. 2. Outside catering is allowed: You can bring catering services to enhance your event or gathering. Enjoy a variety of culinary options to suit your preferences. 3. Alcohol policy: While alcohol is permitted, we have a time restriction in place. After midnight, we kindly ask guests to refrain from consuming alcohol on the premises. However, if agreed upon during the booking process, we can accommodate alcohol consumption "after hours" for an additional fee. 4. Maximum capacity and additional guests: The townhome comfortably accommodates a maximum of six people. Any additional guests beyond the initial five will incur an additional charge. 5. Furniture arrangement: Feel free to move the furniture to suit your needs during your stay. However, we kindly request that you return all furniture to its original position before departure, ensuring everything is as you saw it upon arrival. 6. Red wine policy: While we encourage you to enjoy your time, we kindly request that you avoid consuming red wine in carpeted areas to prevent potential stains or damage. 7. Parties and music: Parties are allowed, and you can play music during your gathering. We kindly ask that you be mindful of the neighbors and keep the volume reasonable to ensure a peaceful environment. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these house rules.
