About the Space

Set in historical Paddington , on the doorstep of Williams Street , Five Ways & Woollahra village . Our unique, bespoke architecturally designed Barn offers a unique setting for photo shoots, small gatherings or creatives looking for an unusual space in the heart Paddington. Either business meetings , launches or small private parties , we have an optional courtyard which can be integrated with the barns bi fold doors to make a fantastic indoor outdoor space. We have a brand new kitchen with marble bench tops, bespoke furnishings, antiques and art offering a unique and one of a kind space.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
