About the Space

This 200 sq. ft. study is where Black Maximalism met and Afro Bohemian decor. There are two gallery walls which serve as amazing backdrops for photos. We also possess over 1200 books on African, African-American, and Caribbean history, literature, and culture. If you are looking for a beautifully curated space for your book club, record content, meet, study, or write, this is the perfect listing. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested.   • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
