Our beautiful, 850+ sq.ft., gallery space is located on the main street of historic Takoma Park. This second floor gallery space can be reorganized to meet your event's needs and offers an excellent space for meetings, book launches, speaker presentations or creative workshops for businesses or individuals. Located in an historic building within walking distance of the Takoma metro and minutes from bookshops, restaurants, cafes and retail stores, this gallery space offers a unique setting for your next event with its high ceilings and natural light. A private restroom and kitchenette are part of the rental space. The layout of the space is flexible. • Option to set up for a formal meeting with room for 14 people seated around a large 16 foot table space. • Option for speaker presentation for up to 20 attendees with use of a 60 inch screen with HDMI connection for a laptop. • Option for informal networking or business social event with small tables and open layout. Automatic self-entry via keypad. Blackout blinds on all windows for presentation needs.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
