About the Space
In a two-story 1894 Romanesque Revival style historic brick rowhouse, Drummond Projects designed this new office within the upbeat Eastern Market Neighborhood, directly across from the Eastern Market metro stop. This space inspires collaboration while still having spaces designated for more private working with meeting points throughout the space—each with a different functional program to support office rituals and activity. The bay window is for meeting, casual working, and to provide comfort and offer a sense of welcome. The kitchenette and outdoor courtyard are for socializing. Complementary to the spatial design, the layering of interior elements imparts both intimacy and invitation.

A licensed, professional cleaning team services the space in between booking to make sure they are squeaky clean and spotless . In addition to being cleaned, the space is disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
