Complete with an apartment size refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, and dining area (Cozy & steamed sanitize ). High speed internet, 55 inch TV with access to Netflix and YouTube TV. With enough space to hold creative meetings, video shoots, recording sessions along with professional lighting already setup and ready for your use. In house M1 Mac mini is available for use with prior notice which has Logic Pro pre installed along with other standard apple tools.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
