About the Space

Hilltop estate in beautiful Atlanta neighborhood. Gorgeous poolside terrace level with a more contemporary look is a nice contrast with the more traditional main floor. This home essentially gives you 2 very different looks in one location. There is one master suite on the main level and another master guest suite on the terrace level. This estate works well for photo shoots and smaller film productions. Prefer a maximum of no more than 30 people on site.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
