About the Space

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, this unit is best for photo and video productions with crews of under 15 people. There are south and west facing windows with optional black-out curtains and the ability to run two sets with two backdrops at the same time. There is also a room for hair and makeup artists to get prepared in and access to shared restrooms down the hallway. We are happy to share our 1200 sqft. turnkey studio space conveniently located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The area has minimalist furnishings, allowing it to be the perfect canvas for any shoot that you may be executing. After drawing back the curtains, we have a beautiful, all-white space that comes with an assortment of folding tables and chairs to use at your disposal. Additionally, we have light stands and backdrop stands that you can use, but be sure to request backdrops before your shoot date! We have a small kitchenette that you may use as you wish. The space is located near the intersection of South Santa Fe Avenue and 6th Street, making it close to everything that the Arts District has to offer, and you have the ease of contactless entry by using our smart door lock. If you are interested in seeing the unit to decide if it's the right fit for your production, we can happily provide some walkthrough videos that show the proper depth and beauty of the space. We'd love to host your portrait session, product shoot, promotional video, commercial shoot, fashion shoot, music video, or help you make whatever you need! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

In between rentals, our cleaning crew comes in to wipe down surfaces, clean the floors, and sanitize previously used equipment in order to keep our guests as safe as possible during the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. Additionally, any tools or utilities that may have been used or rented are also cleaned using the same procedures.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
