About the Space

Multiple sets with a warehouse exterior. This location is perfect for content creators: photography, and music videos. Great natural lights coming from windows, excellent evening atmosphere. This space includes many unique sets and is perfect for shoots that need different scenes or 'looks' to be shot in one location. The space can comfortably accommodate about 15 people but has been known to accommodate more. Pricing will strictly match number of people in attendance, please be sure to see the pricing table. Furniture and fixtures are constantly being moved around. If you see something specific in the photographs that you want for a shoot, please be sure to ask about it so that I have it ready for you. Please allow one week notice for bookings over 20 people. For large scale production please inquire for package rates and access to dedicated workshop and tools. ***PLEASE make sure that I have confirmed your booking. *** NOTE this location is not sound proof, and therefore not ideal for productions that require absolute perfect silence. Even still there has been many successful shoots where audio has been recorded such as sit-down interviews and even acapella recording. Silence can be arranged within the studio if required, but it is inevitable that there may be sounds coming from outside, such as a car passing by on occasion. This should be considered when inquiring. IF you work in the photo and film industry, (whether it is videography, prop rentals, modeling, makeup/wardrobe, or anything related), consider joining our network for potential work in your skill area. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
