PLEASE NOTE: Our scheduling office operates from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please do not message outside of these hours, as we will not be able to respond, and your inquiry will expire. Thank you! THE HEN HOUSE Our vibrant stage area has hosted everything from string quartets and poetry readings to web series screenings, panels, and theatrical performances. With rotating art shows adorning our walls, a spacious floorspace, and an extremely flexible set-up, the Hen House can lend itself to whatever your event needs may be. Food and drinks are allowed (even alcohol, as long as it’s not for sale!) - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Piper was so pleasant and easy to work with, the space is adaptable, has very adequate parking on and offsite, and our entire attendance was so glad to be there. We all agreed in real time to book this space again for future events!

Our experience renting this venue was nothing short of exceptional, on a categorical basis. We hosted a screening event and mixer, and were were satisfied. Red Hen Press had ample seating set up for us, and very high-quality bluetooth speakers available for our use. Our guests were unanimously pleased and complimentary regarding their experience, and several noted that they were interested in renting the space themselves! The location itself is extremely clean, well-maintained, and versatile. Something that should be advertised is how comfortable the seats were! So much nicer and easy to sit in for extended periods than many other rental venues will make available. Piper, the location rep that we worked with, was phenomenal; very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. An absolute dream to liaison with throughout the process. Early on, after booking on Peerspace, we got hit by a notice that we needed to buy additional insurance for the event, which was not advertised, but it ended up being fine. Just an additional expense that we weren't expecting after our initial booking. The onsite facilities were very clean and well-appointed, with fully-stocked toiletries and clearly-marked signs leading the way to them from the rental space. To reinforce the point, we had an incredibly positive experience with our rental here, and would jump at the opportunity to repeat the rental! Thank you so much, Piper and Red Hen Press, and we can't wait to work with you again!

We absolutely loved this Gallery/Stage space! The room was well lit with multiple lighting options in terms of brightness, the carpet was ideal for our event, the stage was big and the heating and air was just right! The staff got back to us in a timely manner and they were very friendly and accomodating. Can't say enough good things about this space! we will definitely consider them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
