Prohibition / Speakeasy Inspired Bar-Lounge in suburban neighborhood home.

A beautiful bar-lounge space built and modeled in a spare room of a suburban home in Marin County. The theme is based on mid-century, prohibition / speakeasy style. A seated lounge area with (2) matching twin seats (red velvet buttoned) and a single leather chair. The bar area consists of a marble top bar with (3) beautiful swivel bar stools. Space includes a replica London Phone Booth as a replica prop / photo opportunity. The middle support beam in the room is converted into a circular cushioned chair for additional seating. Large Banker's Safe in the corner of the room adds to the throwback feel. The back bar has a hidden TV in it that rises upon command. There's a few secret compartments used for general storage (behind framed photos). The floors were re-done with a beautiful Brown/Gold/Black epoxy kit. Additional furniture includes vintage trunk converted into coffee table, Modern Phonograph that can be activated via blue-tooth but also plays vinyl. records. There's a custom book shelf that is actual a false/Murphy cabinet that rotated around that hides more liquor bottles.
