Parking description
Once you enter the Calcutta Business community, go straight, then the furthest right. Our suite is located in the back of the community. You may park anywhere in the lot.
General Rules
Client will not prop open doors during or after business hours.
All halls and entryways shall not be obstructed by Client.
Client will bring no animals into the building at any time.
Client will not use the premises for sleeping or for any immoral or illegal purposes.
Canvassing, soliciting, and peddling in the Building are prohibited, and Client shall not solicit other tenants for any business or other purpose.
Client shall not remove any furniture, fixtures, or decorative material from offices, except for that which belongs to the Client.
No smoking in the building
Client shall, before leaving the Office unattended for an extended period of time, close and securely lock all doors and shut off all lights and other electrical apparatus. Any damage resulting from failure to do so shall be paid by Client.
Client may not create any odors from scented candles, cooking, etc.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The space has recording cameras outside and inside the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean our rooms before opening and after closing hours.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
