About the Space
The 500 sq ft studio is great for photography and videography of all kinds. There are pull-down backdrops installed. You can bring your own cameras and lighting, etc., or rent ours. There is a blackout curtain along one wall that can be opened up to an 720 sq ft in-situ studio for office scenes. There are double doors everywhere so that large objects brought in through the loading dock door in the warehouse (on-grade) can be dollied over easily. We have dozens of hot desks and numerous private offices, event spaces, and conference rooms in the building if needed for in-situ shots, rentable on an hourly, daily or monthly basis. 500 sq/ft flexible event space, ideal for casual meetups, small networking events and showcases. Access to mobile TV and whiteboards available for support during meetings.

Our conference tables are exclusively made with Omnova Surf(x) 3D laminate which is hospital grade, anti-bacterial, and cleanable with covid-killing sanitizing cleaning chemicals. There is a portable HEPA air filter unit available if your team wishes to use it. Disinfecting wipes and face masks are in plentiful supply.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
