- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Renting this space last minute & having Nicole be supportive & accommodating with all the moving parts that comes with hosting a repass was amazing. She provided a great reference vendor for tables/chairs that was just as helpful as she was. The space is nice, modern & perfect size for an intimate gathering. Parking was plenty & several eateries & stores close for last minute things to pick up or catering options. Last Nicole was also quick to respond when any question arose & I appreciate her having patience though such a tough time for our family. Will book again, in fact have shared this space to someone for another event this year! Thanks Nicole & team.
