About the Space
Beautiful clean space, downstairs of a two-level sports gallery /sneaker culture retail venue. Chandeliers and beautiful epoxy floors with surround sound music systems create the perfect environment for a photo shoot, meeting, podcast, or intimate gathering. We are one block away from the metro and on a main bus line. The space feels like a cool lounge, has a 65” TV with access to all channels, a couch, two armchairs, and 8 folding chairs for a total of seating for 12 (we can accommodate more). We are on a very eclectic and lively street with lounges, bars, and restaurants in immediate walking distance. The space is laid out like a rectangle, is downstairs, and is approximately 700 sf. The chairs and seating can be arranged according to your preference. The rates are $100/hr 7 days/week 9 am-2 am Special arrangements can be made by request.

We always clean the space between booking using disinfectant that cleans 99.9% of germs including all surfaces. The cleaning is done by licensed professionals.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
