A Suburban feel located IN THE CITY. A. Transportation: 1. This listing offers a $5/ day credit for ride share usage 2. There will be 1 dedicated private off street parking for the guest 3. We also offer the ability to rent a luxury vehicle during your stay (convertible 911 Porsche Carrera) - Inquire about this, due to demand the vehicle might be already booked- The age to drive is 35 years of age or older B. Heated Swimming Pool: The pool is 6ft deep, there will be no diving as the pool is not deep enough Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times The pool will be offline during snow season however during the winter we can adjust the heat up to 90 degrees if notified prior to your arrival. In the summer time the heater is not turned on unless the temperature dips below 70 We have a pool cleaner who stops by the listing once per week to ensure the pool is maintained in the morning for 30 minutes, you will be notified at booking time We do ask that no one touch the pool mechanics this is only done by our inhouse staff and we can send someone out quickly if needed Please make sure you dry off before entering the main lobby to go to your sleeping quarters C. Mini Golf: There will be a set of golf clubs located in this listing that you can enjoy during your stay We ask that you do not hit the balls over the wall or aim at any windows Washer/Dryer: Electric Washer and Dryer located in the pool room on the lower level Equipped with a folding table in the middle of the stackable We do ask that you do not slam the doors and if you are unfamiliar with using these washer and dryers to ask for assistance as we are more than happy to help D. Gym Equipment: There is a treadmill, bench press and dumbbells you can use this as you wish E. Bathroom: There are two full bathrooms - one with a jacuzzi - Please inquire about this as it might be down for maintenance, but likely will be up and running The second bathroom has a standing shower F. Kitchen: This unit does not have a kitchen, however this unit has a mini fridge and microwave. Outdoor kitchen coming soon G. TVs: There will be two flat screens in each bedroom H. Bedrooms: There are two beds: one king sized bed and one queen sized bed, however there is an outdoor tent for all of the nature lovers and if your guest size is more than 4 and you love to sleep in tents I. Roof Deck: The roof deck has panoramic views of the Philadelphia skyline and also Camden NJ water Front, We do ask that you do not throw any thing from over the roof accidently or purposely The furniture on the roof will be a large table with many chairs We will be adding more décor to the roof deck soon J. Guest Count: We do allow up to 6 guests, but keep in mind that there are only 2 beds, we have opened this option due to guests who would still like to utilize our out door tent K. Outdoor tents: Any guest can utilize our out door tent. We will leave them set up just in case you would like to use them L. Fire Place: There is an active fire place that can be used in the winter, fire logs will be provided We ask that no items other than one fire log that is provided to be placed in the fire place at any time The only thing that the guest is authorized to do is light the fire log that is placed in the fire place and close the see through metal fire place gate M. Sharable information or cons: 1. It is located near i-95 so from time to time you can hear slight noise, however we tested this unit for 3 months prior and slept just fine. 2. The sleeping quarters are located on the 3rd floor so you will have to walk up however the pool, gym, mini golf, tents are on the ground level. 3.
