This is also an excellent holding space for quick outdoor shoots. Spacious Studio with High Ceilings in Brooklyn Our 908 sq ft studio, featuring impressive 15 ft ceilings, offers ample space to fuel your creativity. The area is divided with a curtain for flexibility between the waiting area and studio set. Modern Industrial Vibe Enjoy a contemporary industrial look with concrete floors and an interior window that brings in natural light. The window includes blackout blinds for adjustable lighting, adding depth to your shots. Comfort and Convenience Air conditioning ensures a cool and comfortable environment during long sessions. Double doors and elevator access simplify equipment loading and unloading. Loading Dock Easily unload your gear at the convenient loading dock located right at the building’s entrance. Parking Parking options include a $20 lot on 2nd Ave, underpass parking at $1.50/hour, and street parking. Please note that vehicles cannot be left at the loading dock. Prime Location Located in a vibrant Brooklyn area with numerous dining and shopping options, the studio is perfect for grabbing a bite or shopping between sessions. Backdrop Options * 107" seamless backdrops in various colors are available and mounted upon request. Please ask for a color change, and a crew member will assist with the swap. * 53” and 86” seamless backdrops can be mounted on the Backdrop Support Kit for an additional fee.
