About the Space

Come for the green screen, stay for the amenities! This green screen is inside an 8000sf space which includes edit suites, green room, 2 bathrooms, photo studio, control room, kitchen, and more. The rental comes with the use of the green screen studio room, which is overall 25x40', use of bathrooms, basic (no cooking) kitchen use, and free Wifi. Use of other facilities is available. We also have lighting, sound, and camera gear available to add to your rental. Basic Stand package: 4x 40" c stand, 2x 20" c stand, 6x sandbag. 4x grip arms. $80/Day The green screen volume includes basic fixed lighting for the back wall and back floor. It can be turned on or off at request. Parking is free on the street, Wednesdays both sides are free, Tuesdays and Fridays there is street cleaning on the studio side between 10-11:30, and it's free outside those hours. Same applies to the opposite side but for Monday and Thursday. There is a driveway that can be used to load in/out

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
