About the Space

*Please MESSAGE HOST to schedule a showing before sending a Booking Request* Private venue that caters to a variety of events and activities, such as birthdays, baby showers, meetings, and workshops and launch parties. Designed to provide a neutral and comfortable environment, offering a unique setting that is perfect for both professional and social occasions. The venue includes a private entry to a cozy outdoor garden that leads into open space with a private bar, darts and TVs. Additional lower level with private bathroom, sink with counter space and smaller open area is also included. Tables and chairs can be provided and moved around for a suitable format for your party/event. Please be aware that setup and breakdown must be included within your rental window. When requesting booking, please note the 5 hour minimum includes Setup: 1.5 hr + Party time: 3 hr + Clean up: .5 hr = Total rental hours: 5. Outside FOOD caterers are welcome! NO outside alcohol of any kind. Packages can be purchased with room rental. Amenities include: - Full access to garden & rental space with private entrance - Outdoor patio table and chairs - Skylights & large windows for natural light - Built-in bar - Tables, chairs optional: 6ft & 8ft rectangular folding tables, 1 ft square tables, and chairs - TV's - Free onsite parking Please feel free to reach out to schedule a showing if interested, after 2pm is preferred. Hours Of Operation: - We are happy to provide the space between 9 am and 9 pm. - Please be aware that setup and breakdown must be included within your rental window - 9 pm is the latest time and reflects the time the space should be vacated

To ensure we keep our guests safe, the space is cleaned and sanitized with antibacterial cleaners after each booking. Antibacterial soap for handwashing and cleaning/disinfectant products to use during your booking are provided if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
