About the Space
This is a great space for rush bowl parties, Graduations, corporate events, or small gatherings. The space is equipped with a sound system on both floors and the patio. There is an 8k T.V that will be there for any use. Upon request a Nintendo switch will be available. The patio has a great space and has a speaker as well. A smoothie barista is available upon request or smoothies and bowls can be pre-made. Any questions please feel free to inquire we can accommodate almost anything.

no animals are allowed inside the venue, however they are allowed on the patio.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
they are throughout the venue, for security they will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
the space is cleaned everyday, It is wiped down swept and mopped.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
