No smoking or vaping in the building or in the space No glitter or confetti Nothing to be affixed to the walls No candles or anything with a flame inside the space Furniture must be put back where it was found The space should be picked up and returned to it's original condition All trash should be removed (garbage bins located in the loading dock) All photo and video shoots must be contained to the space. We ask that you respect the common areas of the building: it is an office building but exploring the office spaces is not allowed and please keep the studio door closed if you have a larger group and have music playing to keep the noise levels down for our occupants. Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. This is includes sweeping up the space after a larger group and mopping up if your shoot included food. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
