About the Space

We provide a 1500sqft multi-purpose creative space that makes it easier for photographers and videographers to capture a wide variety of content for their clients in a single booking, giving them a “one-stop-shop” experience. We offer a faux kitchen, living room setting, conference room setting, and standard blank canvas photography studio, all flooded with beautiful natural light. The minimalist and modern studio interior creates a clean and uncluttered environment, allowing creatives to make this photography studio their own. We provide a vast selection of décor, props, and backdrops so that you can customize the style of the space to cater uniquely to your client’s vision. Our space is great for small events such as yoga classes, teaching/speaking engagements, creative gatherings, etc. Please note you will need to bring your own chairs/tables if looking for seating for large groups. We only have the furniture shown in the listing photos. Thank you! HOLIDAY 2024 NOTE We will have holiday decor available in the studio from October 12th to December 31st, 2024. (See last photo collage in listing for decor). Everything is moveable to fit your style - feel free to add or take away as you need! You are welcome to reposition/remove our decor for your shoot - we just ask you please return everything to its original position before you leave for the next guest.

Terms & Conditions STUDIO CARE/SAFETY: We are proud to offer you a clean, safe, stylish space for your reservation, and we ask that you help us care for our space. Please note the rules below: • Please carry / pick up furniture rather and use the provided furniture dollies to help with heavier items. • Close the shades at the end of your session to regulate temperature. • Please be sure you do not leave water running in kitchen or bathroom. RESTRICTIONS: The Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if the renter violates any of the restrictions listed below. • No FULLY nude photography, videography, or explicit sexual activity. • No smoking, vaping, recreational or illicit drug use in the studio. • No glitter, fake snow, smoke bombs, or fire of any kind in studio. • Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio. • No affixing anything to walls or backdrops including nailing, hanging or taping. • No children or pets shall go unsupervised. • The renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party.
