About the Space
Our versatile space for rent has dimensions of 65 feet by 32 feet and 1-inch thick mats. This venue is ideal for martial arts, pilates, dance, self-defense classes, and more. We're proud to offer two Olympic-sized sparring rings, providing a professional setting for martial artists to showcase their skills. To maintain the mats' quality, we kindly request no shoes on the mats. Enjoy the spacious layout, ample parking, and well-lit environment, making it the perfect space for your activities or events.

Parking description
Parking is permitted on site. Our lot accomodates 25 vehicles, with 1 space reserved for handicap parking. Parking is not permitted along the street - it is a main road with high traffic.
General Rules
No shoes on the mats
No smoking in the building
No alcohol
No food or drinks on the mats; however, guests are welcome to eat in the lobby or on the bleachers.
The office space is not included in the rental.
Gym and training equipment is NOT included in the rental.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
For security purposes, the cameras remain on before, during, and after business hours.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The facility is regularly cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis , with additional deep cleaning performed as needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
