This majestic 1903 Modern Victorian home sits on a quiet side street just steps from the highly coveted Winchester Center with high end restaurants, specialty shops, and parks. This home boasts 3 porches with the front wrap-around porch offering beautiful views of mature beech and oak trees and a perfect setting to enjoy the warm summer nights. The large Victorian chimneys are adored by Winchester residents. The spacious interior (~3500 sq ft) is adorned with stunning period details, including coffered ceilings, built-ins, detailed woodwork and four fireplaces for various sizes. The first floor consists of a spacious foyer, formal living room with a fireplace, a sitting room, a dining room with a grand fireplace, a stunning Chef's kitchen with coffered ceilings and Jenn-Air appliances, 2 mudrooms, half bathroom, and a private patio perfect for social gatherings or basketball games. The main staircase with stunning woodwork leads you the second floor containing 3 bedrooms, a chic office, and a bathroom (which is not upgraded).
