Book a bright street front space, located in Downtown Bayonne, New Jersey, for your next meeting, presentation or workshop. An on-site studio manager will help with any space questions or setup. Ideal for small team meetings, presentations, and workshops. Accessible via Public Transit. NYC attendees may take the PATH train to NJ and transfer to the Hudson-Bergen Light-rail. Free side street parking limited to 3 hours. All-Day Parking Permits may be purchased for one vehicle. ~ 900 sq ft of space and 12' ceilings throughout. Large 16' wide x 8' tall east facing window with sheer curtains, and blackouts. Ground floor allows for easy load in (one step from curb), with ramps available upon request. Open concept layout with a client area with leather sofa. facing a large open space. Private bathroom. Mini Fridge. Air Purifier. Coffee/Espresso machine (by request). Double door opening for load in from street. One step from curb, Ramp available by request. This space is primarily a photo studio so there will be some grip equipment visible in corners. Recommended rental day time of 8am-6pm. Any bookings outside of the 7a-7pm window will have strict noise limitations. Standard Booking includes: - One 4' x 2' Height Adjustable Folding Tables - Two Folding Chairs - We basic storage bench seating for up to 5 people with the standard booking. - Couch Access - Seating for 3 people. To make the most of our space, discover add-ons such as: A 65" 4K OLED TV on wheels is available as an add on. Wirelessly cast via Airplay at 1080P, or Connect via 25' HDMI cable for maximum resolution. Our "Deluxe Table" is a 30" High, 37" Wide Transformer Table which can be expanded from console size 18" deep if you don't need a table, just seating. Or can be expanded with up to Five (5) - 20" panels to seat up to 12 around the table. Our "Deluxe Bench" pairs perfectly with the Transformer table with self containing extension panels for seating from up to 6 people: 18"H x 14"W x 28"L Collapsed -> 128"L Expanded for 6. Photos show Deluxe Table with 4 panels and Deluxe Bench with three Panels, paired with 4 folding chairs. The Folding Tables have been set to their lowest position and covered with stretch cloth. One Executive PU Leather chair available on request. For longer meetings that would require a food break, we recommend ordering takeout from the sushi place across the street. For coffee, there is a nearby Dunkin' where you can pick up a Box of Joe. The On-site Nespresso may not cater to large groups.
