Located in Chinatown by the Capitol One arena, our community lounge offers the ideal space for parties and social events. Versatile enough to host groups up to 40 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - Dining room with seating for 8 - Wifi - TV (cannot plug laptop into TV) - Fireplace - Kitchenette with Fridge and sink **A guest list of attendees will need to be provided to the building concierge before every event.
