A resort-style setting perfect for your next event with free street parking and a capacity built for intimate gatherings with up to 30 guests, we’ve designed this space for those who value thoughtfulness over flash and intimacy over excess, comfort, sophistication, and year-round enjoyment. INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL - Heated Saltwater Pool with covered poolside dining - Beautiful Indoor Space (Glass View Room) with bi-fold doors that open to the pool area. This space is climate-controlled with wifi, a 65-inch smart TV, and a coffee maker. - Shaded ground-level patio with jacuzzi hot tub, full-size outdoor fridge, dining area, ceiling fan, and comfortable lounge space. - Cozy fire pits, outdoor heaters, charcoal and hibachi gas grill, and an outdoor pizza oven. - Bluetooth speakers for streaming music, it’s ideal for setting the right ambiance for your event. - Private Restroom: Convenient access for your guests from pool area (inside Glass View Room) - Ample tables and chairs for your guests: All indoor and outdoor seating as pictured is included. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

What an amazing space! The outdoor space and home look just like the photos. It was a perfect space for our team meeting. Erika was a joy to work with, very communicative and informative. The process was extraordinarily stress-free and the on-site staff were also fantastic. Would book again and again!

Truly loved this place, and I would definitely book it again. We had a family reunion of about 20-25 people, and everyone in my family loved it and was very complementary of the place as a whole. The host was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the day, and the onsite manager made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The jacuzzi and pool were the highlight for most, but I really enjoyed the inside as well.
