General Cleanliness: The rule is to take out everything you brought in. We clean it between bookings. Kitchen: We keep the kitchen clean. Please clean up and wipe down the table and counter prior to leaving and put your food trash, recycling and compost in the appropriate bins. Restrooms: Please leave the restrooms in the same clean condition you found them. Dispose of trash properly and notify us if you notice any maintenance issues. Before You Leave: Trash Removal: Ensure all trash generated during your use is taken with you. If your rental period coincides with our weekly trash removal (Tuesday night), you may coordinate disposal with your host, Lisa. Personal Items: Take all personal belongings with you when you leave. Leaving items behind can disrupt the cleanliness and organization of the space. Lights and Electronics: Turn off lights, electronics, and any equipment you used before leaving. This helps conserve energy and maintain the functionality of the space. Windows and Doors: Close and lock all windows and doors securely before departing. Security: If applicable, activate the private entrance alarm as instructed to ensure the security of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all occupants. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
