House Rules for Mansion Event Space: 1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the building. Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and potential penalties. 2. Outside Catering: Guests are welcome to arrange for outside catering services for their events. However, it is important to ensure that all catering providers adhere to health and safety standards. The host holds no responsibility for the services provided by external caterers. 3. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted within the event space; however, it is not allowed after 8pm. This ensures the safety and comfort of all guests, while also adhering to local regulations and noise restrictions. 4. Noise Levels: Please respect the tranquility of the surroundings and maintain appropriate noise levels during the event. Excessive noise that may disturb neighboring properties should be avoided. 5. Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the event space or its contents. Any loss or damage must be reported to the host immediately. The host will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the event. 6. Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy limit for the event space must be strictly followed. In case of exceeding this limit, the host reserves the right to take necessary actions, including terminating the event without any refund. 7. Parking: Ample parking space is available on the premises. Guests are expected to park their vehicles in designated areas without obstructing driveways or emergency access points. 8. Cleanliness and Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during the event. All trash and debris must be properly disposed of in designated bins or bags provided by the host. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. 9. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damages or violations of the house rules. The host will inspect the property after the event, and the deposit will be refunded if no issues are found. 10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All guests must abide by local laws, regulations, and noise ordinances. Any illegal activities or behavior that disrupts the peace will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from the property. Please note that these house rules are subject to change or modification at the discretion of the host. It is the responsibility of the guests to familiarize themselves with the current rules and ensure compliance throughout their event.
